Is it really unlimited?
Pro and Agency are: the app runs on your computer and nothing is metered. Individual is for personal use and stops at 50,000 results a day, which resets every night. Upgrade to Pro any time for $100: your $50 is credited.
What does “lifetime” mean exactly?
One payment and the licence is yours. No renewal, no expiry date, and every future update is included.
Can I move it to a new computer?
Yes. Sign the old machine out from your account page, or just activate the new one. We'll ask before freeing up the slot.
What if I don't like it?
Email us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full, as long as you've exported fewer than 1,000 results, far more than enough to judge the speed, while making sure the guarantee isn't used to walk off with a free database. We also ask that you tell us what went wrong first; most problems are fixed the same day. Full conditions here.
